Creating Your Blog on Domoshar.net: A Step-by-step Guide

Who can make a blog here

To make a blog here, you need to register with DOMOSHAR.net. The registered user of the portal are members of the online crafting community and thus entitled to have their blog here.

All you need to do after registering is start creating your blog posts.

The illustrative screen shots used below show the Bulgarian version of the site. The layout however is still absolutely the same and you will find the links at the precisely the same places /unless the portal has received major face-lift after this post has been written/

How is a blog post created?

When you sign in DOMOSHAR.net, you will see a navigation menu in the upper rigth corner of the page.

You need to choose the "Create content" link there

Them chooose "Blog post".

You then open the "Create Blog entry" page, where the post is created

Here is how the whole thing happens.

Creating a Post Step by Step

1. You type the post's title in the "Title" field/ a required field/
2. You classify the post regarding the following criteria: "craft", "material", "occasion & use". /required fields/
3. You state the language the post will be written in. This is important step allowing maximum visibility of your post. You can choose between Bulgarian and English languages at the moment.
4. You type the blog post's content in the "Body" field/which is required one too as without it the post itself will be useless/.

5. You type the symbols in the field - this is the Captcha spam guard we use.

6. You can review the publication by pressing the "Preview" button.

7. You can edit and "Preview" again if you wish.
8. To publish the post just press "Publish".

If you have have missed to fill in a required field it is OK - the system will let you know. You will be notified which field(s) were omitted and they will be highlighted in red.

You can then fill them and publish the post.
